Q: Who belongs to Indian Lakes Association, Inc?

A: The members of the Association are those people who are owners or part owners, outright or indivision, of any immovable property located within the boundaries of the subdivision.  See Map.

Q: Can I belong to the Association if I live outside the subdivision boundaries but use the two entrance streets to access my property?

A: Yes, see map for areas covered. 

Q: How will the dues be spent?

A:  Renovation and maintenance of the lakes and dams and care of the access lot.

Q: When is the annual meeting of the members?

A:  The first Thursday in April of each year or as called by the Board.  Notices are sent to all members and signs are posted.

Q: When does the Board of Directors meet?

A:  The first Monday of each month at the West Ouachita Branch of the library.
